Returns & Refunds
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current European Union regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without the need to provide any justification.
2. Conditions for Accepting a Return
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

Be unused and in perfect condition

Include all accessories, instructions and protective materials

Be properly packed to avoid damage during transport
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to apply a depreciation charge in the event of damage or improper use.
3. Return Procedure

Returns must be shipped via DHL or an equivalent tracked shipping service.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

In the case of defective, incorrect or damaged products, return costs will be covered by the store
We may provide a DHL return label to simplify the process. In such cases, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Large or Heavy Items
Due to the logistical nature of certain products (such as tables, chairs or oversized items):

Customers still retain the right of withdrawal within 14 days

However, return shipping costs may be high and will be the responsibility of the customer

Returns must be handled through a specialized courier service such as DHL
We strongly recommend carefully reviewing product dimensions, materials and specifications before placing an order.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within a maximum of 48 hours after delivery, including photographs of the issue.
In these cases, we offer:

Full refund
Collection or return shipping will be arranged via DHL at no additional cost to the customer.
7. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of return shipment has been provided (tracking number).
8. Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for:

9. Important Recommendations
As we work with fragile and/or large items, we strongly recommend keeping the original packaging.
